The Palma- New, Swimspa, Walk to the Beach

Super clean, nice big open concept for friends and family getting together! Easy walk to the beach!

The location fit our extended family perfectly. The “mother in law” suite allowed the younger children to stay close to mom and dad while giving the rest of us a little space. There were too many remotes and it was really a challenge finding the one you needed. Overall, just what our family needed!

The house was amazing and the mother in law suite was great but the fact that you have to go through another room to get to it wasn’t the best for us. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no deck in the back to go down to the pool area. So when we was grilling we had to come out the front and walk around to the back. Other than that the house was perfect. Communication with the host and crew was very fast. We had no major issues at all. I even came outside one day and got something out of the car and looked up and there were 4 big deer looking dead at me lol.

Everything you want in a rental and then some! This place exceeded all my expectations! A experience!

We stayed in this house 2 years ago and it was perfect for our family so we wanted to return. Working with Charleston Vacay was a very positive experience. Check in went smoothly. We received all codes and necessary information about an hour before check in. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Appliances worked well. The big dining table is a plus for us. Good game area as well plenty of space for meals. Bathrooms were clean and all tv’s worked well. Plenty of space in garage for 2 cars. We really enjoyed the pool/spa. The walk to the beach is easy and safe. Beautiful neighborhood. Good family vacation spot.
