Great place and very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a short stay. The location is fantastic with plenty of very good restaurants and walking distance to anywhere downtown Charleston.

Positive: Lovely neighborhood around Spring St. Walk ability to historic district, restaurants, and sites was good. Lovely condos well equipped, clean and safe. Negative: Seriously, get a Keurig for a coffemaker.! Your guests will thank you and the hosts won't have to worry about coffee filters and broken coffee carafes. We were given drip coffee filters for a Mr Coffee... And the carafe was just weird. Also, providing some kitchen towels would be great . Otherwise, the place was great.
