The place was perfect

Great location in an up coming neighborhood. Lots of construction nearby. It’ll be great in a year! Loved Island Provisions nearby for morning coffee. Great to have two parking spaces. Loved the big gathering space on the third floor.

Beautiful home in a great location. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and excellent customer service.When we checked in the downstairs AC wasn’t working and they quickly responded via Text. The team had someone come by with in a hour and followed up the next day to confirm everything was working.The location is convenient and close to all the downtown shopping, restaurants and attractions.Would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and fit the 7 of us comfortably. We loved that there were many places to hang out. The pool/hot tub was nice (we had it heated). The only exception was that there was a scum in it but I cleaned it out the best I could. It was noisy since there is construction right next door but we didn't let it bother us. We were about 1 mile to everywhere we went so we did a lot of walking. The beds were comfortable and all bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They are very small tubes so if you use a lot or are staying a while bring extra. Every bathroom had a hair dryer. The kitchen was large and great for cooking. Our only issue is that they only give you 2 Tide pods for the dishwasher and 4 garbage bags. They need to give you one pod for each day you are staying and more than 4 bags when 7 people are staying 6 days. There is always lots of trash. We had to go out and buy more. Having the elevator was great for bringing back our groceries. Check in was kind of a cluster. They don't give you your code until it's time for check in. We headed over from the airport and arrived at 4:00. We still had no code and the cleaning lady was still there. We were let into the house to wait by the pool and didn't get our code until she was done cleaning. I have always gotten a code the day before. Not a good way to start. All in all, it was a great place for a large group to stay.
